AutoZone exec named board chair for Memphis in May

The Memphis in May International Festival has a new country and a new board chair.
Kristen Wright, senior vice president, secretary and general counsel for Memphis-based AutoZone Inc., was named the board chair of the 2018 festival, which will honor the Czech Republic, at the festival's annual meeting, held Aug. 10.
The Memphis in May board member is also on the board for KIPP Delta Public Schools and is the co-founder of a legal aid clinic at the Orange Mound Senior Center.
